Michael Bostic is the newest attorney at Booth, Ahrens & Werkenthin, P.C. Mr. Bostic joined the firm after receiving his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017. Before attending law school, Mr. Bostic worked as a legislative correspondent during the 83rd Texas Legislative Session where he gained firsthand knowledge of the legislative process. As an attorney for the firm, Mr. Bostic has built upon his past experience by drafting numerous pieces of legislation covering diverse subjects. Several of the bills he authored or co-authored have gone on to become law. In addition to drafting legislation, Mr. Bostic has assisted the firm with surface water, groundwater, and wastewater issues. Mr. Bostic graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in political science in 2012. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Water Conservation Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
